Where heritage
meets the table

TARY — meaning "unique type of Golden Millet that grows only in Kazakhstan" — is a celebration of Central Asian culinary tradition, bringing the warmth of a Kazakh dastarkhan to the streets of River North, Chicago.

Food is our medicine. At the heart of every dish is tary — a rare, gluten-free superfood packed with essential micro and macro elements, harvested from the golden steppes of Kazakhstan. We pair it with organic whole milk, farm-fresh ingredients, and thoughtfully sourced specialty coffee. Nothing artificial. Just nature, tradition, and care.
